Experteer Overview
In this role, you will define and execute the manufacturing excellence and reliability strategy for utility-scale inverter products produced with contract manufacturing partners. You’ll lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Quality, Supplier Excellence, and Reliability to meet safety, quality, performance, cost, and lifecycle reliability goals. You will drive continuous improvement, set ambitious OKRs, and shape a scalable operations platform that supports Nextpower’s mission to accelerate the clean energy transition. A strong emphasis is placed on supplier collaboration, process optimization, and customer engagements to sustain high standards and reliability.

• Drive automation and process optimization
• Own supplier and contract manufacturer quality performance
• Lead executive supplier reviews
• Own product reliability strategy
• Review qualification programs
• Drive warranty reduction initiatives
• Monitor field performance
• Own the customer relationship for Manufacturing, Quality, and Reliability engagements, including hosting customer visits, audits, technical reviews, factory acceptance activities, and executive meetings
• Manage departmental budget
• Support customer quality reviews
• Report executive KPIs

Responsabilidades
• 12+ years in power electronics manufacturing
• Experience with contract manufacturers
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Proficient in APQP, FMEA, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma, and reliability engineering
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
