Experteer Overview
Senior Developer at mci group’s AI Team, building AI-powered back-office and front-office products. You will translate product needs into actionable work, mentor peers, and safeguard quality across AI-enabled systems. Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD and infrastructure, contributing to a scalable, AI-driven transformation of the organization. This role blends product and engineering to ship complex features and AI agents that impact the business at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and ship features and AI agents, tackling the most complex components
• Translate product needs into clear, appropriately scoped tasks with Product Manager
• Mentor peers through pairing, code reviews, and shared tooling
• Maintain quality across products, including AI quality metrics (evaluations, guardrails,



cost tracking)
• Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years building and shipping production software
• Strong full-stack skills: TypeScript/React (Next.js) and Python or C#
• Hands-on experience with production LLM applications (RAG, agents, evaluation)
• Cloud experience on Azure and solid PostgreSQL data modelling
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with a track record of improving team effectiveness
• Fluent English; Spanish or French are strong assets
• Willingness to travel occasionally
