Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the design and delivery of AI-powered, scalable features for the Cortellis platform. You’ll own end-to-end development across backend and frontend, integrating GenAI capabilities into a critical product used by pharma teams. You’ll collaborate with UX and distributed engineering groups to shape architecture and production-ready AI integrations. This is a hands-on leadership position centered on building impact-driven, scalable systems and advancing AI-driven decision support.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of backend development with Java 11/17, Spring Boot, microservices
• 6+ years of frontend experience (Angular, Node.js) and full-stack product development
• 3+ years of integrating AI capabilities into production (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI), including prompt engineering and AI assistants/agent workflows
• Hands-on experience designing and optimizing RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval orchestration) and evaluating AI systems
• Experience building and scaling AI-enabled platforms and services in production
• 6+ years delivering end-to-end product features with CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent)
