Overview

In this role you will turn data into actionable decisions to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization for mobile games. You’ll partner with game teams to uncover user behavior insights, support A/B testing, and build scalable data models and dashboards. You will explore machine learning for segmentation and monetization, while promoting clear analytics across the organization. This position offers the chance to work with AI/GenAI approaches to accelerate insights and shape product decisions.

Responsabilidades

- Turn data into actionable insights to influence user acquisition, retention, and monetization
- Collaborate with game teams to explain user behavior and support A/B test design and analysis
- Build and maintain reliable data models and pipelines for self‑service access
- Carry out machine learning projects for behavioral segmentation and monetization
- Design, build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for stakeholders




- Debug and solve data and reporting issues with GitLab versioning and CI/CD practices
- Communicate results to senior stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Share best analytics practices within the organization
- Explore and prototype AI and Generative AI applications to accelerate analysis and uncover insights
- Keep up-to-date with ML/DS/AI trends and contribute to team knowledge base

Requisitos principales

- Master's degree in a quantitative field; PhD is a plus
- 3+ years in a similar role, ideally in mobile gaming
- Proficient in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Amazon Redshift) and dbt
- Solid experience building dashboards/reports in Power BI or equivalent
- Experience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD practices
- Strong statistical understanding for analyzing skewed populations
- Experience in predictive analytics and segmentation
- Effective communication and ability to present results to senior stakeholders
