Experteer Overview
In this role you support purchasing operations to ensure timely availability of materials and services. You will work with cross-functional teams to manage POs, supplier communications, and inventory, contributing to efficient procurement processes. The position helps sustain Diamond Foundry’s mission of green, scalable diamond-backed technology. You’ll engage with suppliers and internal teams to drive reliable delivery and data accuracy, enabling smooth production workflows. This is a hands-on, growth-focused role with real impact on supply chain efficiency.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders with accurate item details, quantities, prices, and delivery dates
• Communicate with suppliers for quotes, order confirmations, deliveries, and relationship management
• Monitor inventory with the Warehouse Lead and coordinate receipt, inspection, and recording of IT equipment and materials
• Track order status, report delays or discrepancies,



and update ERP/MRP records
• Support purchasing reports, supplier evaluations, price comparisons, cost analysis, and cross-department coordination

Responsabilidades
• Degree or education in Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with at least 1 year of purchasing/procurement experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills with ability to build supplier relationships
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to work independently and within a team
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
• Intermediate/Advanced written and spoken English
