As Global Senior Payroll u0026amp; Benefits Specialist, you will own payroll operations across multiple countries and act as the bridge between HR and external providers. You’ll ensure compliant, timely payments while monitoring tax and social security changes. You’ll analyze payroll data to identify risks, trends, and savings opportunities, and you’ll lead benefits administration and benchmarking. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and Tax teams to anticipate and resolve payroll-related issues. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at a fast-growing leader in culture and live entertainment, offering meaningful scope to shape international HR services and employee experience.

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for a portfolio of countries with external providers
• Ensure accurate and compliant payments and monitor tax/social security changes
• Analyze salary costs and payroll data to identify risks, trends, and savings opportunities
• Serve as go-to expert for complex payroll, tax, and social security queries
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Tax to resolve payroll-related issues
• Manage benefits administration across countries and benchmark/propose new benefits
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities within payroll/benefits scope
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in payroll and benefits
• experience in multi-country payroll via external providers or EOR
• Fluent English (C1+); additional languages a plus
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivot, lookups, reconciliations)
• Knowledge of Personio advantageous
• Strong judgment and ability to manage multiple countries and challenge providers with data
• Self-driven, proactive mindset with solutions-focused approach
