Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as the strategic link between Learning leadership, Market leadership and HR across Europe to translate enterprise strategies into market-relevant capabilities. You will diagnose capability gaps, growth opportunities and future skill needs to boost business performance and workforce readiness. You will influence learning priorities and investments, partnering with Schools, Departments and Capability Development teams to integrate learning across markets. This position offers a chance to shape talent development and employee engagement at scale within a integral, inclusive culture.

• Represent the Learning team strategically within the Market, aligning business strategy with capability development
• Build relationships with senior executives, HR leaders and stakeholders to understand evolving priorities
• Translate market priorities and workforce trends into learning and capability development strategies
• Identify current and future capability gaps and critical skill requirements
• Partner with Universities' Schools and Departments to connect relevant learning solutions




• Influence resource allocation and investments across organizational boundaries
• Create integrated capability-building by connecting learning across Schools, Departments, and Markets
• Advise senior leaders on how learning contributes to engagement, retention and competitiveness
• Monitor effectiveness of learning strategies through impact on business priorities and workforce readiness

Responsabilidades
• Senior Leadership experience in a corporate functions environment with executive presence
• Experience leading Learning u0026 Development or capability development across Europe (beneficial)
• Proven executive-level experience in complex, cross-border, matrix environments across multiple European countries
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to engage and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across EMEA
• Experience managing large, geographically dispersed teams
• Ability to translate business needs into learning and capability development strategies
