In this role you will lead and continuously improve Glovo’s procurement operations within a global team in Barcelona. You will manage a procurement operations function, driving efficiency, governance and scalable processes across the source-to-pay cycle. You’ll partner with Technology, Finance and cross‑functional teams to translate data into actionable insights and to implement digitalisation and automation initiatives. Your leadership will shape how procurement delivers compliant, high‑quality services at scale, enabling faster, more reliable operations. • Lead procurement operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant execution from requisition to purchase order
• Coach and develop the procurement team and foster ownership and continuous improvement
• Own operational KPIs and SLAs, monitor performance with data and analytics, drive improvements
• Develop meaningful reporting and translate procurement data into insights for leadership
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, digitalise and automate procurement processes
• Partner with Technology and other teams on process and system enhancements from requirements through adoption




• Ensure adherence to policies, approvals, internal controls and governance requirements
• Manage complex operational issues and escalations and implement sustainable solutions
• Build cross-functional relationships as a key Operations partner to Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance Systems and the business

Responsabilidades
• Relevant experience in Procurement Operations, Source-to-Pay or Procure-to-Pay in an international organisation
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, governance and controls
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data/KPI-driven decision making
• Experience leading process improvement, digitalisation, automation or transformation initiatives
• Strong project and stakeholder management across functions and levels
• Experience with SAP Ariba and SAP is highly desirable; proficiency in Excel and BI tools (Looker, Tableau) or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
