Overview

As a Supply Chain and Quality Manager at Airbus Operations in Getafe, you will oversee delivery performance, quality conformity, and cost efficiency across supplier contracts. You will work within the Supply Chain and Quality Management team to ensure industrial qualification maturity and on-time production support. Your role focuses on mitigating supplier risks, driving development initiatives, and maintaining high standards throughout manufacturing and delivery. This position offers impact through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to sustain Airbus’s quality and delivery objectives.

Responsabilidades

- Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts to ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-efficient supplier performance




- Oversee supplier quality approvals and certify compliance with certifications with relevant stakeholders
- Monitor New Product Introductions (NPI), Transfer of Work (ToW), and process changes to secure industrial qualification maturity before serial production
- Assess supplier capacity, capability and performance to drive supplier development and lead improvement initiatives
- Identify supplier industrial risks and design mitigation strategies with short-term recovery plans
- Report on operational supplier performance using standard tools to manage all supplier management activities

Requisitos principales

- Proven background in managing supply chain operations, supplier quality, and leading complex industrial improvement projects
- Degree level education
- Languages: English (negotiation level) and Spanish (fluent)
