As a Senior Growth Data Analyst, you will own advanced analytics that shape multi-channel marketing investment and revenue growth. You’ll bridge marketing tech, data engineering, and growth analytics to build scalable data models and MMM frameworks. Your work will empower cross-functional teams to measure impact, automate insights, and improve data quality across growth initiatives. This role offers the chance to influence strategy with data-driven storytelling at scale.

• Design, calibrate and maintain Marketing Mix Models to guide long-term media spend allocation
• Architect scalable data models integrating multi-channel marketing, web, and product telemetry
• Perform deep-dive analytics across acquisition channels to identify growth opportunities
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting workflows and accelerate insights
• Design measurement for CRM/lifecycle events and attribution across activation, retention, and LTV
• Own the full measurement stack including MMM, geo-lift testing, and privacy-first event tracking




• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance to align analytics with CAC and LTV
• Establish data governance, documentation, and visualization standards

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience with MMM or incrementality testing
• Strong marketing analytics knowledge (CAC, LTV, ROAS, multi-touch attribution)
• Experience building production-grade data models and scalable analytics pipelines
• Proficiency with BigQuery, DBT, and event streaming tools (RudderStack)
• Comfort with AI-enabled analytics and automation to accelerate reporting
• CRM and lifecycle analytics experience
• Ability to translate data into strategic narratives for executives
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
