Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the growth of Factorial's partner ecosystem in the UKu0026amp;I, focusing on payroll and accounting channels. You will recruit, manage, and enable partners—accounting firms, payroll bureaus, and resellers—to drive distribution and adoption of our AI for business solution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to refine partner playbooks, gather feedback, and upsell across Factorial products. Your work will directly contribute to market share and the scaling of a strategic partner network. This is a hands-on, high-growth role with frequent UK travel and close collaboration with the founding team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and map potential partners in HR, Payroll, and Accounting with a strong accounting ecosystem footprint
• Manage the full partner recruitment and sales cycle across the UKu0026I
• Leverage accounting firms, payroll bureaus, and reseller channels to drive partner growth
• Serve as primary contact for key Accounting u0026 Payroll-focused partners, VARs, and advisory consultancies
• Hold regular meetings with partners and their clients to demo product integrations and address problems




• Collect partner and client feedback to identify pain points and integration opportunities
• Upsell additional Factorial products/services to partners based on client needs
• Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience and Senior Leadership
• Travel to the UKu0026I for industry events, meetups, and partner visits

Responsabilidades
• 3–4 years in Partnerships or Channel Sales, preferably in SaaS or digital transformation
• Experience with UKu0026I Payroll u0026 Accounting vendors (e.g., Sage, Xero, BrightPay, IRIS)
• Understanding of accounting firm dynamics, payroll bureau operations, and partner playbooks
• Experience operating in the UK market
• Knowledge/experience in Human Resources / Software / Payroll u0026 Accounting
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Proactive, ideation-oriented mindset
