Join Worley Consulting in the UAE as a Senior Study Manager responsible for delivering multidisciplinary feasibility, concept selection, and pre-FEED studies for major energy-sector clients. You will own study strategy, budgets, schedules, and client interfaces, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery and commercial success. This role provides exposure to major investment decisions and broad technical support across the Worley group. • Lead multidisciplinary consulting, feasibility, concept selection, pre-FEED and other early-phase studies
• Maintain accountability for safe study execution, scope, schedule, cost, quality and commercial performance
• Define study execution strategy, workplan, deliverables, resourcing and interfaces
• Serve as primary client contact during execution and focus on decisions/outcomes
• Coordinate engineers, technical, commercial and specialist contributors across disciplines and locations
• Lead study kick-offs,



progress reviews, workshops and key decision sessions
• Manage budgets, variations, scope changes, risks, opportunities and interfaces proactively

Responsabilidades
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience with leadership of multidisciplinary feasibility, concept and front-end studies
• Experience delivering studies and projects in energy, oil and gas or related industries
• Strong project and commercial management capabilities including budgets, schedules, scope and change
• Experience in the Middle East and understanding of top tier energy expectations and project environments
• Confident client-facing and stakeholder-management skills for senior stakeholders
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while keeping focus on the business case and client objectives
