Overview

In this Iberia market leadership role, you will steer high-level pricing and contracting strategy to expand patient access. You will partner with senior commercial leaders to align access plans with portfolio objectives and shape reimbursement environments in collaboration with health authorities. You’ll drive cross-functional execution, using data-driven insights to support credible business cases and sustainable solutions. This role offers influence across national and regional stakeholders and the chance to position Alexion as a trusted access partner.

Responsabilidades

- Define and oversee the pricing and contracting strategy to optimize access for Iberia
- Shape reimbursement approaches beyond negotiations and anticipate market dynamics
- Build strong relationships with ministries, HTA bodies, payers, and clinical leaders to influence access decisions
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Finance
- Develop innovative access models (outcomes-based, risk-sharing, population-based contracts) to support launches




- Drive data-driven business cases with forecasting and financial analysis, defending proposals internally and externally
- Identify risks early and provide practical execution plans to maintain momentum
- Develop capabilities and foster a high-performing, collaborative culture

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor
- Strategic project leadership experience
- Strong background in contracting, sales, sales operations, marketing, or finance
- Proven strategic leadership and ability to influence without authority
- Expertise in innovative access models and pricing/reimbursement
- Strong financial and analytical capabilities
- Track record of market-shaping initiatives
- Ability to inspire high-performing teams
- Native or Fluent in Spanish
