Experteer Overview
In this role, you will design and deliver training programs to support the Robotics business across Western Europe. You’ll partner with regional teams to close knowledge gaps, deploy effective clinical and technical training, and drive sales and customer support readiness. The position combines strategic program design with hands-on delivery, including frequent travel and hands-on sessions at the IRCAD center in Strasbourg. You will help shape a scalable training ecosystem that accelerates team performance and business growth.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor degree with at least 5 years combined experience in medical device sales/marketing, clinical roles, training delivery, or related fields
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
• Experience with field sales/support structures and operating room workflows, ideally with robotics
• Proven leadership, coaching, and facilitation abilities in multicultural settings
• Experience navigating a general matrix organization and managing multiple complex projects
• English fluency; European language capability desired
