Experteer Overview
As a PEGA Architect/Lead Developer, you will guide project delivery by designing and developing PEGA solutions that optimize business processes. You will lead a small/medium PEGA team, collaborate with onsite clients, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. You’ll participate in the full lifecycle—design, development, QA, deployment, and support—while refining architecture and acceleration assets. This role blends technical excellence with stakeholder communication in a global, dynamic delivery environment.

• Update architecture/design artifacts and unit tests; build technical assets and accelerators

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of PEGA application development experience
• 3–4 end-to-end PEGA project implementations
• Hands-on PEGA experience with Case Management, Data Pages, Rules, Integrations, and UI/UX
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs; RBAC/ABAC security models
• Relational database experience; PL/SQL knowledge
• Ability to lead a small/medium PEGA team and cross-skill as needed
