Experteer Overview
In this role you design, build, and deploy AI agents that autonomously orchestrate SAP S/4HANA processes using multi-step reasoning and agentic architectures. You will work within the SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP ecosystem to create conversational, autonomous, and intelligently automated solutions, leveraging foundation models and SAP Joule. You’ll implement MCP and A2A tool-use patterns to integrate with SAP data, while adhering to Responsible AI governance. You collaborate with lead developers and architects to align AI solutions with Clean Core principles and the SAP roadmap. This is an opportunity to shape scalable AI-enabled workflows that drive transformation across SAP workflows and data.

• Develop SAP Joule extensions with custom skills and conversational interfaces
• Integrate foundation models via SAP Generative AI Hub and manage prompt engineering
• Implement MCP-based tool-use patterns for secure SAP access
• Create A2A-compliant multi-agent architectures for cross-platform communication




• Establish prompt engineering standards and Responsible AI guardrails
• Explore SAP AI capabilities and advise adoption
• Collaborate with Lead Developers and Solution Architects to align with Clean Core
• Mentor teams on generative AI, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in Generative AI or agentic AI architectures
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini)
• Proven experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) and MCP/A2A protocols
• Working knowledge of SAP BTP AI services (Generative AI Hub, AI Core, Joule Studio, Build, Integration Suite)
• Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, APIs, and business processes in at least one domain
• Strong AI safety/governance knowledge (hallucination mitigation, auditing, PI handling)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills
• Growth mindset and rapid prototyping enthusiasm
