Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive sourcing and procurement for Microsoft's EMEA leased data center projects, partnering with delivery and engineering teams to ensure supplier capacity and on-time material readiness. You will shape procurement strategies, manage commercial risk, and build a resilient supplier ecosystem across the region. The role combines strategic sourcing with hands-on procurement to avoid delivery constraints and support mission-critical infrastructure. You will leverage automation and analytics to improve procurement processes while aligning with compliance and controls. This opportunity offers impact at scale within the cloud infrastructure space.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for EMEA leased data center fit-out projects
• Lead RFIs/RFPs, supplier selection, commercial evaluation and negotiations
• Build a competitive, resilient supplier ecosystem with sufficient capacity across EMEA
• Improve commercial outcomes through benchmarking, aggregation, standardization and supplier allocation
• Manage lead times, material readiness and supply-chain risks to protect project milestones
• Ensure contracts, POs,



change orders and sourcing activities meet procurement controls and compliance requirements
• Partner across key functions to resolve issues and support project delivery
• Improve procurement through standardized processes, automation, AI-enabled analytics, dashboards and reporting

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Construction Management, or a related field, with relevant procurement experience
• Experience developing sourcing strategies and managing competitive sourcing, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and suppliers
• Experience translating complex project requirements into procurement and supply-chain plans, including managing supplier capacity and delivery risks
• Stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills with senior stakeholders in complex organizations
• Experience managing competing priorities, resolving complex issues, improving processes, and building relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
