Experteer Overview
As IT Business Domain Partner Operations, you will bridge business priorities and IT in manufacturing, supply chain, and related domains. You’ll shape demand, translate needs into value-driven initiatives, and ensure delivered impact. You own the why and what of IT initiatives, while project teams handle delivery. You’ll operate in a general, founding-team context at a Barcelona Tech Hub, influencing strategic IT choices across plants and logistics. This is a chance to drive end-to-end IT integration and standardization at scale.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the IT roadmap for MES, APS, demand planning, logistics, quality management and supply chain
• Collaborate with plant managers and supply chain leaders to convert priorities into initiatives
• Drive end-to-end integration across ERP, MES, WMS, APS and the shop floor
• Promote standardisation, global templates and operational transparency (OEE, service level, quality KPIs)
• Lead the domain committee to prioritise work and track delivered value

Responsabilidades




• 10+ years at the intersection of business and IT with deep manufacturing and supply chain knowledge
• Experience as IT Business Partner/BRM/Domain Lead in a large international company, or as a functional consultant at a top tech consultancy (ideally both)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, preferably in discrete manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with SAP (PP, MM, QM, PM, EWM), MES and APS solutions, and a Lean mindset
• Ability to write blueprints, challenge requests, and push back constructively
• Fluent English; German is a strong plus
• Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Siemens Opcenter or MPDV, Industry 4.0 / IIoT
