Experteer Overview
In this role you support the Client Environment Management (CEM) team to plan, prioritize, and deliver work in a busy software delivery environment. You’ll coordinate between CEM engineering, the PMO, and SBS Operations to optimize resource use and keep projects visible and on track. You’ll manage engineering scheduling, reporting, and governance, and help turn decisions into action. There is room to run smaller internal change initiatives and grow with more senior PMO colleagues.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own and maintain resource scheduling and bookings for the CEM engineering team through the SBS Operations Portal
• Coordinate communications, priorities, and escalations for CEM
• Produce regular and ad hoc reporting on team capacity, utilization, overtime, and other metrics
• Run weekly Operations meetings with clear decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines
• Coordinate monthly Operations reporting and consolidate KPIs
• Build relationships across CEM, Operations, PMO, and software delivery teams
• Own smaller internal projects and initiatives (e.g., knowledge-sharing, process improvements)




• Support project managers on medium to large change initiatives and maintain project plans, RAID logs, milestones, and documentation
• Set up timesheet projects and tasks for accurate tracking
• Review booked effort vs forecasts and flag deviations
• Support stage-gate governance and project documentation in line with SBS delivery processes
• Track project actions, owners, and target dates to maintain progress
• Assist in monitoring project risks and issues

Responsabilidades
• Strong attention to detail and structured approach
• Ability to work independently and follow through on actions
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Planner, Outlook
• Understanding of Agile or PMP-based project delivery
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially across teams
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Comfort with multiple priorities and schedules
• Previous experience in a software development or tech environment (valued)
• Knowledge of the insurance industry (advantage)
