In this role you will support the Monitor u0026amp; Grow initiative within Santander’s Savings u0026amp; Investments platform, shaping how customers monitor, understand, and grow their investments. You’ll collaborate with the Digital Product Manager to evolve digital experiences and turn portfolio management into a proactive, personalised journey. You’ll contribute to cross-functional efforts to ensure a consistent, end-to-end customer experience across markets. This is a chance to impact millions of Santander customers through data-driven product delivery.

• Design experiences for portfolio monitoring, engagement and long-term relationships
• Define requirements for portfolio insights, alerts, watchlists, goals tracking and proactive guidance

• Contribute to analytics-powered engagement capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the product lifecycle
• Refine and maintain the product backlog; support sprint planning and validation

• Analyze customer behaviour, identify opportunities for engagement,



retention and growth
• Define and monitor customer, product and business KPIs; support rollout across countries
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, Technology and local teams; support workshops and cross-functional initiatives
• Contribute to cross-stream initiatives for a seamless end-to-end experience

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Analyst or similar in digital environments
• Experience turning business needs into customer journeys and scalable digital products
• Strong understanding of digital product development and technology
• Customer-centric mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Agile product teams
• Ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, countries and cross-functional teams
• Comfort working across multiple product areas and cross-stream initiatives
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in digital banking, wealth management, fintech or digital platforms (valued)
