Experteer Overview
In this role you will own end-to-end science solutions for general search and discovery experiences. You’ll translate complex business problems into rigorous science plans and deliver production-grade ML models that impact hundreds of millions of customers. You’ll work with cross-functional partners across the Madrid Tech Hub to push state-of-the-art in vision, generative AI, ranking and NLP. This is a hands-on role that emphasizes impact, experimentation, and scalable deployment, with a clear focus on customer-centric innovation.

Responsabilidades
• Experience building ML models or algorithms for business applications
• PhD in relevant field with publications or patents is valued
• Programming experience in Java, C++, Python or related language
• Experience taking models from research to production at scale
• Comfort with ambiguity and solving complex problems
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt messages across audiences
