Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead the technical architecture for SAP S/4HANA and BTP to enable compliant, scalable solutions that support a digital transformation. You work closely with cross-functional teams to define standards, ensure clean core principles, and guide upgrades and integrations. You will shape SAP extensibility and multi-tenant strategies while ensuring GxP validation and CSV alignment. This position offers impact at scale within a globally distributed organization and a hybrid Madrid/Wroclaw setup.

• Lead end-to-end design and governance of SAP BTP architecture, define standards for S/4HANA customizations and Clean Core adherence
• Enforce development standards and best practices for BTP, S/4HANA upgrades, and ABAP/ODATA/Fiori/RAP
• Define guidelines for AI usage on BTP (Joule Studio) and SAP extensibility strategies using BTP, CAP, and Side-by-Side
• Design solutions compatible with RISE with SAP, including multi-tenant and cloud constraints
• Support integration strategy via middleware (Integration Suite) and ensure GxP validation, documentation, traceability, and audit readiness




• Partner with QA/Compliance to align technical deliverables with CSV expectations
• Mentor and manage partner developers, perform code reviews, and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with integral functional teams and external partners on architecture and solution delivery
• Coordinate with Basis, Security, and DevOps to enable smooth deployment using gCTS, abapGit, and Jenkins

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in SAP S/4 and BTP development
• At least 2 years as Technical Architect in BTP
• Hands-on experience with BTP Build Platform and services
• Proficient in ABAP (OO, classical), CDS, Fiori, OData, ABAP RAP, Adobe Forms, SAP AIF
• Practical knowledge of S/4HANA, BTP Build, SAP Solution Manager, CALM, and RISE with SAP architecture
• Understanding of GxP regulations, CSV, and documentation best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; German an asset
• Hybrid work location Madrid/Wroclaw with 2 remote days per week
• Travel 0-10%
