Experteer Overview
In this role you drive end-to-end solution design for SGS corporate IT applications, acting as a techno-functional expert to map business needs to fit-for-purpose systems. You work with enterprise architecture to ensure quality, security, and architecture compliance across internal and third-party development. You’ll align requirements with strategic direction and oversee design and deployment activities in a global, standards-driven environment. This is a chance to shape how SGS delivers reliable, scalable software solutions at scale.

• Provide General Solution Design leadership for assigned processes
• Review techno-functional documents, frameworks, and strategies to meet business needs
• Assess data models and processes to optimize architecture and evaluate design performance
• Collaborate on requirements, use cases, and models that map to business strategy
• Consult with Global Process Owners and IT stakeholders to align requirements with strategic direction
• Coordinate with implementation teams and other architects to fulfill requirements
• Ensure adherence to reference standards and security guidelines across design




• Validate and enrich technical impact assessments and oversee deployment coordination
• Develop/validate technical designs for application development
• Ensure solutions meet technical, operations, security, and performance requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite development tools and technical stack
• Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite Financials, Supply Chain u0026 Manufacturing modules a plus
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud rollout, integrations, and extensions a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proactive, independent decision-maker
• Ability to learn continuously
• Knowledge of software life cycle processes, risk, quality, security, privacy
• Broad multi-technology knowledge
• Experience with Agile, DevOps, Lean development methodologies
• System and software life cycle engineering
