Experteer Overview
In this role you lead water infrastructure design and delivery within a multidisciplinary consultancy. You oversee complex hydropower, pumped storage, dams, and heavy civil projects, coordinating multi-country teams to meet client objectives. You drive design processes, ensure quality and compliance, and manage risk and change across major programmes. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead design and delivery for civil water infrastructure projects from planning to closure
• Mobilise and coordinate multi-discipline teams across offices and countries
• Define scope, manage changes, and convert programme needs into executable work packages
• Develop delivery plans, staffing, milestones, and status reporting
• Guide design teams through complex technical challenges and ensure practical solutions
• Coordinate across civil, structures, geotech, hydraulics, tunnelling, and digital/BIM disciplines
• Oversee design stages, monitor progress, and resolve issues to avoid delays
• Ensure QA/QC adherence and compliance with standards and client specs
• Engage stakeholders with clear updates on schedule and cost impacts
• Optimize budgets and resources, manage change impacts,



and mitigate risks
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and regular design reporting
• Adapt to AECOM project delivery procedures and standards

Responsabilidades
• +10 years PM experience on complex infrastructure
• Experience with hydropower, pumped storage, dams, heavy civil, underground works, or major conveyance systems
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams across multiple offices and time zones
• Comfort with design-build or fast-paced delivery environments
• Strong schedule management, resource planning, cost awareness, and change control
• Technical depth to oversee interfaces across civil, structural, geotech, hydraulics, and underground disciplines
• Working knowledge of BIM/CDE workflows, model-based coordination, and drawings review cycles
• PMP certification would be an added advantage
• Experience in USA/Canada and ANZ regions would be an added advantage
• Familiarity with digital delivery practices and model coordination
