Experteer Overview
In this role you drive local product strategy and execution to enable boutiques to perform, shaping category growth across Iberia. You collaborate with Marketing, Retail and MarCom to align on local priorities, launches, and range optimization within the Maison's context. You’ll manage budgeting, forecasting, stock, and activation of market initiatives to deliver sales and performance. You will liaise with HQ and regional teams, bringing local market insights to inform decisions and optimize processes. This is a hands-on role with a clear impact on boutique performance and customer experience.

• Collaborate with Communication and Retail teams on strategic priorities and tactical initiatives aligned with local product roadmap
• Develop each product category, secure launches, and orchestrate range animations
• Forecast novelty sales and propose local budgets and line items from a product perspective
• Monitor local sales via monthly analyses and define action plans with Retail teams
• Manage stock levels weekly to ensure representative collections for boutiques




• Prepare and roll out product launches using HQ 360 toolbox and coordinate stakeholders
• Animate product category with tools and trainings to support retail performance
• Manage stock allocations, client presentations, and transfers; challenge boutique assortments and allocations
• Handle local and international activations, events, and visual merchandising validations
• Oversee special orders (local/international) and coordinate with HQ/Region on development and progress
• Support boutiques with selling tools, challenges, and animations; manage counterfeit issues with IP team
• Allocate stock for unique pieces, manage wishlists and monthly allocations with Boutique teams
• Validate pricing in system, flag pricing discrepancies, and escalate pricing changes with Retail CCL u0026 Special Orders
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of work, maintaining governance and process improvements
