Experteer Overview
In this role you drive regional procurement for transport and logistics, shaping sourcing strategies and supplier performance across an international network. You will partner with carriers, warehouses, and business teams to secure optimal cost, quality, and service while delivering measurable savings. The position focuses on EMEA with exposure to APAC and general initiatives, contributing to a broader supply chain transformation. You will influence regional decisions and enable simpler, more effective operations.

• Shape sourcing strategies for transport and logistics services, including market reviews, tenders, supplier evaluations, and negotiations
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, parcel providers, and warehouse partners to drive improvements in reliability, quality, sustainability, and risk management
• Negotiate and manage contracts, rate cards, renewals, service levels, and commercial terms with suppliers
• Analyze spend data and total-cost models to identify savings and prepare business cases with visible value delivery
• Coordinate priorities across countries, functions, and business units to ensure smooth progression of sourcing projects




• Monitor market developments and introduce supplier-led ideas to simplify processes and drive innovation across the logistics network
• Support broader Supply Chain projects, advising on transport transitions, warehouse needs, and business continuity

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field with relevant procurement, logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience
• Hands-on experience managing external suppliers including sourcing, cost review, negotiation, performance follow-up, and contracting (MSAs, SOWs, Amendments, NDAs)
• Strong financial understanding and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
• Exposure to logistics network optimization, warehouse/transport transitions, or supply chain transformation (advantageous)
• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience and familiarity with AI tools (Copilot) are beneficial
• Fluent in English; French advantageous
• Clear, data-informed decision making and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities
