Experteer Overview
In this role you drive CSV and Test Management for Straumann’s Global Business Applications as part of a digital transformation. You will align validation activities with IT, QA, and regulatory teams to ensure compliant, validated enterprise solutions such as SAP and Salesforce. You’ll lead the creation and maintenance of validation documentation, support audits, and promote continuous improvement of CSV standards. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality business applications, including S/4HANA initiatives, across a global footprint. This position offers impact in shaping compliant, scalable enterprise platforms that support growth and innovation.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage validation documentation across the SDLC with stakeholders (validation strategy, plans, requirements, functional specs, installation specs, SOPs, test docs)
• Provide CSV guidance to implementation or update projects
• Improve CSV standards in line with regulatory changes and cross-IT/QA alignment




• Define and drive Test Management for business applications and major initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA)
• Coordinate with QA, Compliance, and validation teams to meet general CSV requirements
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and testing approaches
• Collaborate with IT SAP and other business application stakeholders to ensure compliance and project quality
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed

Responsabilidades
• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in GxP and regulations (21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex 11)
• Experience with regulated industries and documentation best practices
• Strong project and test management skills with adaptable delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
