Lead a global SAP S/4HANA transformation, coordinating business, process, data, IT, change, and training teams across countries. Drive standardized processes, governance, and Go-Live readiness to ensure a smooth transition into operations. Work with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver on a large-scale ERP program that supports the company’s transformation agenda. • Lead end-to-end delivery of a complex SAP S/4HANA transformation across multiple countries and business units
• Coordinate cross-functional and international teams to align business leaders, process owners, technical experts, and local implementation teams
• Promote standardized processes, minimize customization, and resolve dependencies and issues
• Manage program scope, budget, resources, milestones, risks, and dependencies with corrective actions as needed
• Lead program governance and senior stakeholder communication, providing visibility of progress and decisions
• Oversee deployment readiness and Go-Live, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption
• Ensure a structured transition from implementation to stable operations with clear ownership and post-Go-Live support




• Foster strong project and change management disciplines and contribute to continuous improvement of the transformation approach

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in program/project management, business transformation, ERP implementation, or equivalent
• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs across multiple countries and workstreams
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP transformations; knowledge of SAP Public Cloud is a plus
• Understanding of core business processes (order-to-cash, project execution, supply chain, operations, or customer delivery)
• Ability to manage scope, budgets, resources, timelines, dependencies, and risks
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with influence across senior leaders
• Experience deploying, going live, stabilizing, and transitioning to operational support
• Excellent communication, translating complex topics into clear priorities
• Comfort in a fast-moving, evolving environment with incomplete initial definitions
• Fluent English; willingness to travel internationally up to ~1 week per month
