Experteer Overview
As a Solutions Architect at Databricks, you own the end-to-end technical strategy for assigned accounts, from discovery to deployment and growth. You lead architecture discussions, design scalable, production-grade data and AI solutions, and advise customer technical leads. You will develop a specialized archetype and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compelling, differentiated solutions. This role blends deep tech with business impact, shaping how customers adopt the Databricks platform to accelerate their data and AI initiatives.

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for accounts from discovery to deployment and growth
• Lead complex architecture discussions for scalable, production-grade solutions across data engineering, ML/AI, and real-time analytics
• Serve as trusted technical advisor to customer architects, engineering leads, and Directors
• Drive technical wins in competitive scenarios with custom-built Databricks solutions
• Develop and declare an emerging technical specialization (archetype) as a go-to resource
• Orchestrate cross-functional resources (DSAs, SSAs, Partners) to deliver comprehensive solutions




• Influence product direction by providing feedback on customer requirements and competitive gaps

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in solutions architecture, data engineering, technical pre-sales, or related senior technical role
• Strong coding proficiency in Python and SQL with live coding, debugging, and solution-building demonstrated
• Deep expertise in distributed data systems architecture (pipelines, streaming, lakehouse, cloud-native platforms)
• Proficient on the Databricks Platform with developing specialization in one domain (e.g., real-time, ML/AI, data governance)
• Proven ability to lead architecture discussions with senior technical stakeholders (whiteboarding, design reviews)
• Experience deploying to production on public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with considerations for infrastructure, security, governance
• Track record of driving platform adoption and consumption growth within accounts
• Excellent communication skills, translating complex architectures to business value for technical and exec audiences
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline (or equivalent experience)
