Overview

In this role you will monitor and improve the payments ecosystem across B2C and B2B channels, ensuring secure, reliable operations and minimizing revenue leakage. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion, strengthen fraud controls, and enable data-driven decisions through rigorous performance analysis. Responsabilidades

- Monitor availability, stability and performance of payment services across sales channels
- Analyze KPIs (authorization rates, conversion, costs, fraud trends, provider performance)
- Detect and coordinate resolution of payment incidents and fraud-related events
- Conduct root cause analyses and post-mortems to define preventive actions
- Support optimization of payment rules and fraud controls
- Drive automation and digitalisation of reporting, monitoring and processes
- Develop dashboards and reports on payment costs, fraud and stability
- Act as operational contact with payment providers, PSPs and partners
- Configure and maintain payment and fraud rules per regulatory and risk needs
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Product, Technology,



Finance, Revenue Accounting and Commercial teams
- Provide operational insights to Product Management for roadmap prioritisation
- Support governance and performance management of providers and partners

Requisitos principales

- Minimum 5 years in payments, fintech, e-commerce or travel tech environments
- Experience in payment operations, fraud operations, incident management and monitoring
- Experience with PSPs, acquirers, fraud providers and technology partners
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting frameworks
- Experience balancing conversion, fraud prevention, risk and customer experience
- Experience presenting insights to cross-functional and senior stakeholders
- Bachelor in Business Administration (or related)
- Knowledge of PSD2 and PCI-DSS principles
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using Power BI or Tableau
