Experteer Overview
As an Experienced Software Engineer at Back Market, you will own and evolve seller after-sales systems end to end, enabling automated resolution flows and improved resolutions for customers. You’ll work in an agile, build-it-and-run-it environment, delivering high-quality code at scale while collaborating with a cross-functional squad. You’ll help move technology forward within a mission-driven, hybrid, globally distributed team. This role offers the chance to shape platform reliability and user experience in a purpose-driven company.

• Own development tasks within the team’s application or service and deliver high-quality code on time
• Build and evolve seller after-sales care systems (claims, repair/replacement, refunds, communications, Seller API) end to end
• Automate resolution flows to provide best resolution experience for customers
• Collaborate with teammates and peers in an autonomous, squad-based environment
• Contribute to system design and scalability discussions, balancing backend and frontend considerations where needed




• Participate in bi-monthly rituals to align technical direction with the group vision
• Support and monitor products you own, ensuring maintainability and reliability

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years backend development experience
• Strong system design skills
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems
• Understanding of data architecture and APIs
• Experience with performance optimization and scalability
• Frontend capabilities in modern JavaScript frameworks and related concepts
• Fullstack mindset and end-to-end product thinking
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity across technical domains
