Experteer Overview
In this role you shape and execute the global AI security portfolio for Vodafone Business, driving strategic, technical and commercial outcomes. You will translate strategy into scalable propositions across Vodafone’s markets, addressing AI-driven threats, governance, and regulatory requirements. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to accelerate time to market and scale secure AI adoption. Your work directly supports customers in adopting AI securely and differentiates Vodafone in the cybersecurity market. You will act as a thought leader in AI security and coordinate a global matrix network.

• Define and execute the global AI security portfolio strategy, roadmap, and market positioning
• Develop AI security propositions aligned with Vodafone’s growth and differentiation goals
• Create business cases, operating models, and commercial strategies; manage partner ecosystems
• Lead services covering AI security posture assessments, governance, risk, and compliance
• Develop secure AI adoption frameworks and controls for AI risk management
• Shape security propositions for Generative AI, AI agents and Large Language Models
• Support AI-enabled threat detection, security operations, and automation




• Establish relationships with AI and cybersecurity providers; align with local markets
• Gather customer feedback, track KPIs and revenue, and develop customer case studies
• Act as internal/external thought leader and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in cybersecurity and AI-related initiatives, products or services
• Strong understanding of AI security risks, governance frameworks and standards
• Experience defining, launching technology products or services in cybersecurity/AI/cloud
• Knowledge of AI-driven security solutions and evolving threat landscape
• Experience managing complex programmes, launches or strategic initiatives
• Sound commercial understanding for evaluating investment value and returns
• Ability to develop product strategies, business cases and operating models
• Experience working with technology providers, partners and cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, relationship-building and stakeholder influence
• Ability to present to senior leaders and cross-functional audiences
• Capability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams in a global matrix organisation
• Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment
