Experteer Overview
In this role you protect people and assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining security systems across Spain and potentially Europe. You lead design, installation, and upgrades of CCTV, access control, and related technologies, while managing vendors and ensuring regulatory compliance. The position is field-based with substantial travel, requiring strong project leadership and cross‑functional collaboration. You will help launch TK Maxx in Spain and drive security innovation, shaping a scalable security program.

• Design, install, upgrade and perform health checks on security systems (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, intercoms) across Spain and Europe
• Lead project delivery and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders




• Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day system performance

• Drive trials, upgrades, and assessments of new technology
• Communicate complex security information clearly to non-technical audiences
