As Senior Procurement Specialist for large-scale productions, you lead end-to-end procurement and supplier operations for world-class events in Madrid. You balance strategic sourcing with hands-on, on-site problem-solving to ensure timely, budget-aligned delivery of complex infrastructure and services. You work across Production, Operations, and Finance to optimize spend and mitigate risks, all while maintaining regulatory compliance. • Operational agility and quick, decisive decision-making under pressure
• Strong contractual, commercial acumen for temporary overlays and equipment leasing
• Regulatory and market knowledge of Spanish/European event supplier ecosystems
• Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
• Willingness to be on-site during critical build-up, event, and tear-down phases
