Experteer Overview
In this role you will own the post-acquisition lifecycle, turning bold Mu0026amp;A visions into seamless, high-impact integrations. You will analyze acquired entities, define growth plans, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with Fever's strategic priorities. You will bridge new teams and Fever’s internal departments, leading cross-functional roadmaps across product, marketing, and operations to unlock synergies for international expansion. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing global category leader offering meaningful opportunities to shape Fever's growth through execution.

• Analyze acquired companies to understand business models, performance, and growth drivers
• Define and monitor post-acquisition business plans aligned with Fever’s priorities
• Track performance and identify opportunities for synergies, scalability, and innovation
• Develop and execute integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, process alignment, and cultural integration
• Identify risks and dependencies, proactively solving challenges to maintain continuity




• Improve integration playbooks and capture best practices for future transactions
• Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments, aligning goals and timelines
• Communicate progress and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 3-5 years in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or Mu0026A integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with many stakeholders
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Proficient in English; French is a plus
• Highly organized, proactive, adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Passionate about delivering real impact through collaboration, execution, and innovation
