Experteer Overview
As a Data Scientist - Product Builder at Ferrovial, you will turn complex business problems into deployed data products within the AI Center of Excellence. You’ll partner with multiple business units to translate questions into measurable objectives and own end-to-end development from data exploration to product adoption. You’ll orchestrate agentic coding with AI agents to deliver production-ready solutions using modern tech, delivering tangible business impact.

• Frame business problems with stakeholders and define clear objectives and success metrics
• Own end-to-end projects from definition to deployment and adoption
• Perform in-depth exploratory and statistical analysis on large, heterogeneous datasets
• Apply statistical methods including hypothesis testing, regression, time-series, and causal inference
• Develop and validate predictive and prescriptive models, manage their lifecycle with MLflow
• Utilize agentic coding tools to design, develop, test, and document data products with FastAPI backend and Vue frontend
• Review and ensure quality, security, and maintainability of agent-generated code
• Deploy and monitor products in Docker/Kubernetes environments with CI/CD and version control




• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Share agentic coding practices and contribute to knowledge sharing within Digital Hub and Technology u0026 Innovation

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor or Master in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics)
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on data science or analytics experience with real-world data
• Strong foundations in statistics and probability, including inference and experimental design
• Advanced programming in Python or R and strong SQL skills
• Experience building products end-to-end using agentic coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Devin)
• Experience with FastAPI back end and Vue front end, and with MLflow for experiment tracking
• Solid software engineering fundamentals: Git, testing, code review, CI/CD
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and monitoring
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to diverse audiences
• High level of English (C1)
