Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive design excellence for a multidisciplinary project, coordinating between Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and related teams to deliver aligned design outcomes. You will act as the central liaison between Design u0026amp; Build contractors, stakeholders, and leadership, guiding reviews, risk management, and ensure deliverables meet project requirements. The position offers exposure to data centre projects and a collaborative environment focused on value, safety, and constructability. This is a chance to shape complex, high-impact projects within a general professional services firm.

• Lead and own the Design Management Plan and ensure delivery structure
• Coordinate across Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEP and Process Engineering, plus related teams
• Serve as main contact between Design u0026 Build contractors, stakeholders and leadership
• Organize design reviews, workshops and stakeholder meetings for alignment and timely feedback
• Oversee the design coordination process ensuring consistency across packages
• Manage design risks, issues and changes through to resolution
• Ensure design deliverables meet project requirements prior to submission




• Support value engineering, constructability and safety-in-design reviews
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals and technical approvals with stakeholders
• Contribute to the Quality Control program including audits and issue resolution
• Collaborate with planning teams to integrate workplace and operational requirements

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering (BSc / MSc or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as Lead Engineer or Design Manager within an EPC environment
• Strong background in technical project management in complex, multidisciplinary settings
• Solid knowledge of cooling systems and electrical distribution/transmission
• Ability to manage multiple interfaces and stakeholders
• Experience in data centre projects is a strong advantage
• Fluent in Spanish and English
