As a Salesforce-focused developer in Merkle’s Talent Community, you’ll design, customize, and optimize CRM solutions at scale for integral brands. You will work within a cross‑functional team to deliver robust integrations and analytics, shaping how customers engage across platforms. Responsabilidades

- Lead the design and development of complex CRM solutions in the CRM domain
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Ensure architectural integrity across the software development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the development team
- Act as SME for pitches and client work

Requisitos principales

- 4+ years of experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
- Ability to implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable CRM solutions
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience leading projects in Agile/Scrum
- Experience with CI/CD and version control tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities
- Database querying for data extraction and reporting
- Strong programming skills (APEX, C#, .NET, others)
- Strong REST/SOAP API integration experience
- Experience with data analysis/reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of customer data management and personalization
- Troubleshooting CRM-related issues
