What You'll Do
* Provide professional customer support via phone and email.
* Assist customers with service-related, payment, and technical inquiries.
* Deliver accurate information while following established procedures.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

* Advanced English.




* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM systems).
