In this role you will lead the education and development of store-based Managers and Artists, ensuring the Learning Management System is effectively used to unlock potential. You will work with the Field Sales Manager to define a regional people plan and adapt training to commercial needs while upholding the brand ethos. You will drive exceptional in-store service through hands-on coaching and example-setting, including social advocacy. You will deliver the Magic Experience service model and artistry development, manage curricula, and monitor impact to continuously improve learning outcomes.

• Lead delivery of training materials across the Magic Experience service model and intermediate artistry development
• Facilitate full curriculum including induction, social and developmental training
• Manage learning strategy for area and oversee new product and skincare training
• Oversee the Learning Management System and monitor KPIs to measure training impact
• Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to define and execute area training plans




• Identify and address performance gaps; implement succession planning and development pathways
• Conduct regular store visits and deliver high-quality virtual and in-person training
• Contribute to regional retail projects with cross-functional insights
• Lead area meetings with Field Sales Manager; model leadership at events and trainings
