In this role you drive the integral procurement transformation at Lightsource bp, turning it into a scalable, data-driven function powered by SAP S/4HANA. You will own end-to-end Source-to-Pay governance, collaborate with Finance and Technology, and deliver measurable, finance-validated value. You’ll lead digital procurement initiatives across eProcurement, CLM, and supplier onboarding while raising data quality and spend visibility. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape procurement for a mission-driven renewables company.

• Governance and controls for global procurement policies, process standards, and audit readiness
• Serve as Procurement business process owner for SAP S/4HANA; drive standardisation, adoption, and continuous improvement
• Own the procurement digital roadmap (eProcurement/eSourcing, CLM, supplier onboarding, workflow automation)
• Define data standards and deliver executive spend, supplier, contracts, and compliance dashboards




• Lead value realisation through savings governance with Finance and supplier performance scorecards
• Build scalable global processes to improve compliance, efficiency, and user experience

Responsabilidades
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Procurement experience as a business process owner or senior process lead (design, deployment, optimisation, adoption)
• Extensive Procurement leadership in transformation, excellence, or digital procurement in a global organisation
• Proven experience owning governance, controls, and compliance in procurement
• Experience delivering procurement technology such as eProcurement, CLM, supplier management and analytics
• Strong data, reporting, and KPI capability
• Experience partnering with Finance on savings governance
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead regional change without direct authority
