Experteer Overview
As a Senior International Bid Manager at Veolia, you steer multinational bidding efforts for energy and environmental consulting projects across markets. You will orchestrate EOIs and proposals for IFIs and tenders in multiple languages, collaborating with a diverse energy team. Your work directly supports decarbonisation and climate-resilient infrastructure through strategic bid management and business development. This role offers exposure to high-impact, international projects and cross-functional collaboration within a general leader in sustainable solutions.

• Identify and prepare national and international tenders
• Ensure administrative, technical, and financial compliance of tender documents
• Coordinate the Commercial team in tender preparation
• Track bidding processes with other departments
• Maintain and update the tender database and documentation
• Collaborate on writing and reviewing proposals and tender documents
• Participate in client and partner meetings for bid preparation and defence
• Support business development by identifying aligned opportunities




• Manage corporate information and project databases
• Develop client relationships and commercial partnerships
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in strategic marketing for consultancy and engineering in the energy sector

Responsabilidades
• University degree
• At least 5 years of experience in business development or tender preparation
• Valid residency and work permit in Spain
• Familiarity with international tender processes and multilateral organizations
• Knowledge of the energy sector
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google environment
• Graphic design skills
• Full professional fluency in English and in at least one additional language (Spanish, French; European languages preferred)
