Experteer Overview Joining Roche as IT Infrastructure Engineer in HI, you will embed in cross-functional product teams to deliver high-performance scientific computing platforms. You will support day-to-day operations of High Performance Storage and parallel file systems, ensuring availability and efficiency. You bring a DevOps mindset to automation, IaC basics, and CI/CD alongside senior engineers. You partner with researchers and stakeholders across the service lifecycle to optimize workflows and maximize cluster utilization. and CI/CD pipelines • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders across the service lifecycle from design to deployment and refinement • Analyze and optimize scientific workflows and batch job submission patterns to maximize cluster utilization and throughput • Identify and implement enhancements across technical systems, workflows, and team collaboration • Partner with researchers to support research environments in close collaboration with senior engineers Responsabilidades • 1-3 years of experience in a multinational or fast-paced setting • Bachelor's degree in a related field • Foundational knowledge of distributed storage and parallel file systems (GPFS, Lustre, BeeGFS) • Working knowledge of Linux distributions and core command-line troubleshooting • Proficiency in Bash scripting and basic Python; experience with Git • Hands-on exposure to at least one configuration or automation tool (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) and basic CI/CD concepts • Familiarity with HPC environments, batch job execution, or workload schedulers (Slurm, LSF) • English fluency Requisitos principales •
