Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive monetization initiatives at Glovo by coordinating end-to-end launches for Ads and Promos across 20+ markets. You will partner with Product, Legal, Design, Finance and commercial teams to align goals, track revenue metrics, and translate insights into growth actions. This role sits at the intersection of business and product, enabling scalable revenue streams and effective GTM execution. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and have a clear line of sight to impact across markets and products.

• Own end-to-end GTM launch coordination for Glovo Ads and Promos across 20+ markets
• Lead and align cross-functional inputs (Product, Legal, Design, Finance, Commercial, regional teams)
• Facilitate efficient communication and produce executive-level status updates
• Navigate rapid prioritization and reprioritization in a high-velocity environment
• Partner with Data to track KPIs, assess product health, and derive actionable growth plans

Responsabilidades




• 3–4 years of experience in PM, project coordination, marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting
• Proven ability to manage structured launch plans, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
• Experience aligning HQ, Product, and local operating teams in multi-regional settings
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for KPI tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written English for executive-level reporting
