Experteer Overview
As Amenitiz’s first in-house lawyer, you will own the commercial legal agenda and bring legal work in-house, shaping how we contract, resolve disputes and protect data. Based in Barcelona and reporting to the VP Finance, you’ll implement a scalable legal function, govern budgets, and partner with business teams to enable growth. You will tackle SaaS contracts, DPAs and data protection while guiding decisions on when to litigate or settle. This is a high-impact, foundational role in a fast-growing tech company.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Run legal checks on new contracts and renewals with AI first pass (SaaS terms, MSAs, DPAs, order forms, vendor agreements)
• Own disputes and claims end to end, with external advocates only when required by law
• Own GDPR and data protection, including questions from hotel customers
• Build the legal function: contract register, ticketing flow, playbooks, plain-language terms




• Set scope and budget for external firms; advise People and Payment Operations on employment and payments topics with specialists as needed

Responsabilidades
• Qualified to practise law in Spain
• 5 to 7 years post-qualification on a law firm foundation
• Experience drafting and negotiating B2B technology contracts end to end
• Experience handling commercial disputes or pre-litigation
• Strong GDPR experience: DPAs, records of processing, data subject requests, breach handling
• Fluent in Spanish and English; based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
• Nice to have: French or Italian; experience as first in-house lawyer; Spanish corporate housekeeping; daily use of AI tools in legal work
