In this role you will own OpEx planning for EMEA u0026amp; APAC, driving cost discipline and delivering insightful analytics. You will partner with Controllership and regional finance teams to ensure accurate submissions and timely reporting, while shaping the forecasting process for the region. You will operate across strategic and detailed analysis to provide clear financial narratives and actionable insights. This position sits at the crossroads of finance, operations, and regional business partners, offering impact across budgeting, reporting, and process automation.

• Own end-to-end OpEx planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for EMEA u0026 APAC.
• Monitor spend trends, identify risks/opportunities, and escalate material variances.
• Develop monthly/quarterly expense reporting for senior leadership with FPu0026A Center of Excellence.
• Collaborate with regional finance teams to ensure accurate expense submissions.
• Act as Finance Partner for Commercial Functions in the region (Marketing, Customer Care, Product Support, etc.).




• Lead monthly rolling forecasts and annual operating plan for OpEx in EMEA u0026 APAC.
• Provide scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to support decisions.
• Ensure headcount plans align with expense forecasts and support long-range planning.
• Serve as FPu0026A liaison to Controllership on close activities and provide driver-based explanations.
• Review accruals, reclassifications, and journal entries to ensure accounting accuracy; support audit/compliance.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 6+ years of progressive FPu0026A or finance experience
• Experience supporting multi-country regions and matrix organizations
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and Power BI or similar BI tools
• Experience with OneStream, SAP, Hyperion, or similar EPM/ERP platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders
