In this role you will drive global sourcing for multiple categories within a leading hospitality group, shaping category strategies and ensuring cost efficiency alongside quality. You will work with a global, matrixed team to manage supplier performance, contracts, and policy adherence, delivering measurable savings and risk management. The position offers influence across internal stakeholders and a chance to impact supplier relationships at a worldwide scale.

• Define and execute Integral Category Strategy to achieve cost savings while preserving quality

• Monitor Global KPIs and Procurement Policy implementation




• Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders and Area Sourcing Teams to boost compliance
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs to optimize costs and ensure reliable supply
• Lead supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and costs in alignment with internal partners
