In this role, you will define and continuously enhance end-to-end risk governance for DDu0026amp;IT, aligning with policies, standards, and regulatory demands. You’ll lead cross-functional governance, drive adoption of fit-for-purpose processes and technology, and enable responsible automation and AI-enabled decision making. You will improve transparency, accountability, and user experience while strengthening risk-based oversight. This role offers a chance to shape enterprise risk governance in a global, regulated environment, collaborating with multiple functions to align with strategic priorities.

• Define and improve DDu0026IT risk, issue, and exception governance processes aligned with regulations
• Establish governance frameworks with clear roles, decision rights, and escalation paths
• Manage lifecycle and relationships between risks, issues, exceptions, controls, and remediation actions
• Ensure identification, assessment, monitoring, reporting, renewal, and auditability of risks
• Escalate material risks and systemic concerns to governance bodies in a timely manner

Responsabilidades
• University degree in information technology, information security, risk management, business administration, engineering or another relevant discipline; postgraduate qualification or professional certification is an advantage
• Significant experience in technology or enterprise risk management, information security, compliance governance, process management, digital enablement or related field
• Experience defining or improving enterprise governance frameworks and translating requirements into practical capabilities
• Experience evaluating enterprise tools or technology-enabled processes and driving continuous improvement and adoption
• Understanding of automation, data analytics and AI-enabled ways of working with responsible oversight
• Experience operating in a global, matrixed, regulated organization and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
