In this role, you drive security-focused solution selling and digital transformation for customers, leveraging AI and a broad partner ecosystem. You will lead consultative discussions with business leaders to shape security strategies and orchestrate end-to-end opportunities across internal teams and partners. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Sales Execution: engage with customers, qualify opportunities, and build pipeline in collaboration with account and partner teams
• Identify business and technology readiness, map external stakeholders, accelerate deal closure, and coach others in deal plan execution
• Business Value Selling: hunt security opportunities, understand budgets and governance, articulate the value proposition
• Scaling and Collaboration: apply role orchestration and navigate the Microsoft organization to maximize customer impact
• Collaborate with Global Partner Solutions (GPS), identify partners, develop joint proposals, and shape partner strategies




• Technical Expertise: lead security conversations with decision makers, share best practices, and act as a subject matter expert across solution areas
• Lead conversations and events within Microsoft, mentor others, and contribute to best-practice sharing
• Collaborate with compete SMEs to analyze competitor products and inform pursuit decisions
• Sales Excellence: plan accounts with partners, build compete plans, forecast, and analyze business to pursue high-potential customers
• Demonstrate a learning mentality in Cybersecurity and accelerate career growth through solution sales and collaboration

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Information Technology or related field with several years of technology-related sales or account management experience
• Dutch language skills mandatory
• Cybersecurity industry experience; Microsoft security portfolio knowledge preferred
• Experience selling complex, cloud-based solutions to Enterprise and SMB customers
• Proven sales and negotiation capabilities
• Ability to drive technical security conversations and conduct product demonstrations
• Solid understanding of the security market and complete solutions
• Self-starter with goal-driven delivery and ability to develop best practices
