A local passenger bus company in Mallorca is currently recruiting two workshop assistants to support the daily upkeep and repair of its vehicle fleet. In this role, you will be involved in day-to-day workshop duties under the direct guidance of skilled technicians. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Carrying out minor vehicle repairs under the supervision of a mechanic, covering both engine and bodywork tasks.

Assisting with the regular maintenance of the bus fleet to ensure vehicles are safe and ready for daily service.

Keeping accurate internal records of repairs, spare parts used, and workshop inventory.

Helping mechanics with roadside assistance and recovery tasks when required.

Performing general cleaning, tidying,



and maintenance across workshop spaces.

No prior work experience is required, making this an accessible position if you are just finishing your training or looking to re-enter the technical workforce. The adecuado profile includes:

An official disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.

Intermediate vocational training (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio) in a relevant trade.

Basic digital and computer skills for workshop documentation.

Having your own vehicle to commute conveniently to the workshop in Palma is considered an asset.

The position provides transparent terms and stable employment conditions:

A gross annual salary of 24,018 €.

A full-time discontinuous permanent contract (fijo discontinuo).

Shift-based scheduling covering morning and afternoon shifts (07:00 to 15:00 and 13:00 to 21:00, from Monday to Sunday).

Planned incorporation date on March 1, 2027.
